Dr Johannes Epple becomes Group President and Chief Financial Officer

Dr Johannes Epple has been working for the MULTIVAC Group since January 2018, initially as an advisor in Corporate Controlling, and then subsequently from February 2019 as Head of the IT Department. Since January 2020 he has been responsible as Vice President for Corporate IT. And in January 2024 he was also made responsible for the commercial management of the MULTIVAC Group.

“We are delighted to welcome such an experienced management figure as Dr Epple to our Management Board,” says Christian Traumann, Group President (CEO) of the MULTIVAC Group. “In recent years he has launched a number of crucial strategic developments and projects for our company, as well as realigning Corporate IT and the Finance Department, and he has guided them along the way with great success.“

Dr Johannes Epple studied Economics and International Business Administration in Passau and Hamburg, before completing his studies with a Doctorate in Business Management at the University of St. Gallen. Before coming to MULTIVAC, he worked as a manager in the Consulting Department at KPMG.
