Dr. Johannes Epple wird Geschäftsführender Direktor und Chief Financial Officer
MULTIVAC Group erweitert Geschäftsführung

Wolfertschwenden, 28. April 2025 – Erweiterung der Geschäftsführung: Mit Wirkung zum 01.07.2025 wird Dr. Johannes Epple (41) zum Geschäftsführenden Direktor und Chief Financial Officer (CFO) der MULTIVAC Group ernannt. In seiner neuen Funktion verantwortet er die Bereiche Corporate Finance, Controlling Production Companies, Controlling Sales Companies, Treasury und Corporate IT.
Dr. Johannes Epple ist seit Januar 2018 für die MULTIVAC Group tätig, zunächst als Referent im Corporate Controlling und ab Februar 2019 als Bereichsleiter IT. Seit Januar 2020 verantwortete er als Vice President den Bereich Corporate IT. Mit Wirkung zum Januar 2024 wurde ihm zudem die kaufmännische Leitung der MULTIVAC Group übertragen.
„Wir freuen uns, mit Herrn Dr. Epple eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit in unsere Geschäftsführung aufzunehmen“, sagt Christian Traumann, Geschäftsführender Direktor (CEO) der MULTIVAC Group. „In den vergangenen Jahren hat er maßgebende, strategische Entwicklungen und Projekte für unsere Unternehmensgruppe sowie die Neuausrichtung der IT und des Finanzbereichs angestoßen und federführend mit betreut.“
Dr. Johannes Epple hat in Passau und Hamburg Wirtschaftswissenschaften und internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre studiert und sein Studium mit einer Promotion im Bereich Management an der Universität St. Gallen abgeschlossen. Vor seinem Eintritt bei MULTIVAC war er als Manager im Bereich Consulting bei KPMG tätig.
