POLAGRA

POLAGRA Trade Fair is an event with the longest business tradition in Poland and one of the key gatherings for the food industry and the HoReCa sector. The exhibition is organized around three themed areas: FOOD, FOODTECH, and HORECA.

FOOD Hall:
Dedicated to the food industry, this section showcases consumer trends, offers a comprehensive overview of products, and promotes the Polish economy. It attracts several thousand professionals from around the world who are looking for innovations, inspiration, and opportunities to establish long-term business contracts.

FOODTECH Hall:
A vibrant “food factory” where visitors can observe entire production lines in action. It is an inspiring space for representatives of food manufacturing companies—management teams, production managers, food technologists, and maintenance specialists.

HORECA Hall:
Focuses on innovative solutions that streamline professional kitchen operations, expand the range of services offered by foodservice and hospitality businesses, and enhance safety and comfort for restaurant and lodging guests. Each year it draws restaurateurs, chefs, and owners and managers of leisure and accommodation facilities.
