He also spoke about TASK’s role in enhancing youth employability through industry-aligned training that bridges the gap between academics and industry needs.

In March 2025 a new company, MULTIVAC Technology Solutions India Private Ltd. was founded, so that the Group's capacity in IT and digitalization, which currently comprises 250 employees, could be expanded through qualified IT specialists. The new Global Capability Center in Hyderabad comes with several strategic benefits like rich talent pool, strong IT ecosystem, government support and infrastructure, scalability and expansion potential.

Directors of the new company are Dr Marius Grathwohl, Vice President Digital Products and Transformation, and Wolfgang Rundel, Vice President Corporate IT at MULTIVAC. “We want to continue being able to offer our customers innovative and intelligent solutions. Here digitalisation and highly automated, software-supported production lines play a central role,” explained Dr Marius Grathwohl. “Thanks to this expansion, we can now significantly increase our capacity to deal with enquiries and projects even more rapidly and flexibly in the areas of IT and software development.“

Wolfgang Rundel added: “In the coming weeks and months we will gradually strengthen our team on-site with Senior Developers and young university graduates. Our objective is to grow to around 50 staff members by 2027.“

For more than 15 years the MULTIVAC Group has been represented in India by its own subsidiary, and it sees the South Asia region as an important part of its strategy of greater internationalisation. At the beginning of 2024 a new MULTIVAC production site was put into operation in the State of Rajasthan.
