MeetMULTIVAC: HR Administrator
Introducing the team at MULTIVAC
12.01.2026
At MULTIVAC, our people share the same vision and values to help process and package what is valuable to your business, but how much do you know about the different areas of our business, and the people who make it all happen?
We’re making business more human and introducing you to some of our hard-working, knowledgeable, employees from the various departments at MULTIVAC UK.
It’s our January instalment of MeetMULTIVAC...
Holly Harrison, HR Administrator
What do you do at MULTIVAC? Describe your role...
I work in the HR department at MULTIVAC, where I’m involved in key areas like recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. My role is all about supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring a smooth experience for both new starters and those leaving the company (which is rare!).
How long have you worked at MULTIVAC in your role? Have you had any other roles at MULTIVAC?
I’m new! I started in late October.
What do you like about working at MULTIVAC? What’s your favourite part of your job?
One of the things I really like about working at MULTIVAC is how social and collaborative the environment is. There’s a real sense of teamwork, and everyone is approachable and supportive, which makes coming to work enjoyable. My favourite part of my job is interacting with different people across the business and helping them with HR-related queries. It keeps the role interesting and rewarding.
What are you generally working on at the moment which you are happy to share?
Right now, I’m working on a mix of HR projects that keep things interesting! I’ve been making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and supporting some initiatives to make our workplace even more engaging. It’s great because I get to connect with lots of different people and see the positive impact of what we do.
What do you like to do outside of work? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
In my spare time, I love to spend time with family, friends, and my pets. I have a passion for travelling and a few new hobbies I’ve picked up recently are playing golf and baking.
What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t?
I’ve always wanted to learn how to make sushi from scratch. As it’s a new year, I might book a class!
If you could instantly become an expert in one thing, what would it be?
It would be so useful to know how to speak multiple different languages, as we are a global company!
What’s one thing you wish more people knew about your role?
It’s not just paperwork! HR is all about people, supporting, problem-solving, and making work life better. We’re behind-the-scenes crew keeping things running smoothly.
If you could teleport anywhere for your lunch break, where would you go? And why?
I’d go to Tokyo for authentic sushi - fresh and a totally different lunch compared to my usual, boring pasta or a sandwich.
If you could rename your job title to something fun, what would it be? And why?
My new job title would be “People Puzzle Solver”. This is because HR is all about connecting the right pieces: policies, people and processes. To create a smooth, supportive workplace.
Tell us something we don’t know! A surprising or fun fact about you...
I’ve never had a cup of coffee or tea. I like my hot chocolates!
Stay tuned for next month‘s instalment of MeetMULTIVAC!
