Every year, our HR department organises an engagement survey for MULTIVAC UK employees. The purpose of this is to give colleagues the opportunity to give feedback on how they feel about their work environment, the company culture, and the overall employee experience. *

Employees were asked to rate these 5 statements:

What is at our core?

At MULTIVAC UK, we have five company values which are at the core of what we do: Respectful, Accountability, Excellence, Engaged, Collaborative.

These values work alongside the four elements of our Business Plan: Great Place to Work, Commercial Performance, Supplier of Choice, Sustainability. 

Each year, our senior leadership team roll the updated business plan out to the whole organisation to give all employees an update on the company, and to ensure that all employees aims and objectives are aligned when working towards the same common goal.

MULTIVAC UK Charity Committee

The MULTIVAC UK Charity Committee work hard to make a difference through fundraising for our chosen charities: Alzheimer’s Research, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Prospect Hospice, and Swindon Night Shelter.

Throughout the year our dedicated committee host a range of fundraising events for staff with all monies raised then being evenly split across our four chosen charities. From football matches and dress down days, to raffles and our ‘LuckyVac Lotto‘, it’s safe to say they get creative with it and it’s great to see everyone involved!

In 2023, our charity committee raised over £5,226 with MULTIVAC UK generously matching this amount. This year so far, we have raised around £17,000. 

Additionally, in line with our sustainability goals, our IT department run a technology refurb incentive here at MULTIVAC UK. Colleagues can buy back old tech when it is no longer in use, which has resulted in 121 re-sold devices, raising a further £3,610 for our four charities.

Employee engagement is a vital part of our company values at MULTIVAC UK, and our Social Committee work hard to plan a number of social events throughout the year to allow all employees to switch off, relax and enjoy each other’s company.

Through previous years we have hosted black tie gala dinners and family fun days, and most recently our committee hosted our Summer Party which included a bucking bronko, homemade local ice cream, food trucks and plenty of smiles!

Before opening our doors to customers at our 40th Anniversary at MULTIVAC UK this year, we organised a staff event day. This was the perfect opportunity, with our showroom full of machinery, for colleagues to network and learn from our Sales and Product Management teams. Through live demonstrations and inciteful talks, everyone came away having learnt something new. 

This was then followed by an Oktoberfest-themed dinner for all staff with food, drink, games, and music for all to enjoy! It was another great opportunity for socialising outside of work and building stronger team relationships.
