Metalquimia: Four Divisions, One Metalquimia

Metalquimia’s speciality is machinery and technology that propels your industrial production of cooked, marinated and cured meat products, as well as snacks. Founded in 1971 and based in Girona, Spain, Metalquimia have expanded their portfolio to offer optimal and personalised solutions for the processing production industry. Their solutions include brine preperation systems, injectors, tenderisers, vacuum systems and cooking systems.

Meat Injectors

Metalquimia offer a range of meat injector solutions to fit your size of operation. For example, the MOVIPLUS model has design features suitable for business looking to be leaders in the cyber-industry of the future, by incorporating a smart spray injection system. This helps to achieve accurate brine distribution and uniform colour of your product.

Meat Tenderisers

Solutions for the tenderisation of meat are available from Metalquimia in both roller and blade formats. Both help to improve yeild and reduce cooking loss. Additionally, certain models offer Clean Label Cut (ROLLERPRESS) or ability to minimise defects (MULTIBLADE).

Solutions for both brine preparation and brine mixing with the MOLISTICK and BRINMIX Line from Metalquimia, efficient preparation and greater productivity can be achieved. The MOLISTICK is designed for fast and efficient preparation of any type of brine and/or marinade, while the BRINMIX promises less preparation time.
