Service and Helpdesk
To help you to maintain the maximum Overall Equipment Effectivness (OEE) of your MULTIVAC machine, MULTIVAC UK have over 60 engineers located regionally across the country.
All of our technicians complete a total of two years training to make the MULTIVAC grade, thus ensuring that when we respons to a Service request or Emergency breakdown, the work is carried out as quickly as possible.
Prior to calling out a Field Service Technician, all of our customers can utilise our Technical Help Desk to quickly and easily diagnose and rectify a fault, and this is available out of hours for a small charge.
