In this training course you are introduced to the SLX Advanced Series slicers. First, you will be instructed in the safe handling and operation of the machine as well as setting up its various components and equipment. ​

The theoretical training content is then consolidated through your own slicing tests. These settings tests enable you to observe and learn how they influence the slicing result. Also the maintenance tasks that have to be performed regularly will be discussed thoroughly in order to extend the lifetime of the machines' components.​

The functionality and the operation of the blade grinding machine GM 600 are also part of this course. If desired, a short introduction into blade technology can be added to the course program.​
