Karrierestart für 80 Nachwuchskräfte

Mehr als zehn Ausbildungsberufe und zahlreiche Studiengänge
Wolfertschwenden, 4. September 2023 – Zum neuen Ausbildungsjahr starten 42 Auszubildende sowie 15 Studierende eines dualen Studienganges bei der MULTIVAC Group am Firmenstammsitz in das Berufsleben. Weitere 23 junge Menschen beginnen ihre Ausbildung an einem der anderen Produktionsstandorte der Unternehmensgruppe in Deutschland und Österreich. Als bedeutender Ausbildungsbetrieb bietet die MULTIVAC Group insgesamt rund 175 Auszubildenden und mehr als 30 dual Studierenden exzellente berufliche Perspektiven in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Ob Industriemechaniker/in, Technische/r Systemplaner/in, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Digitalisierungsmanagement oder Industriekaufmann/-frau: Das Ausbildungsangebot der MULTIVAC Group umfasst mehr als zehn Berufe im gewerblichen, technischen, kaufmännischen und IT-Bereich. Die 15 neuen Studierenden haben sich für ein duales Bachelor- oder Master-Studium entschieden, das sie an den Hochschulen in Bayern, der DHBW Ravensburg und Friedrichshafen oder an der Technischen Hochschule Mittelhessen absolvieren – unter anderem in den Studiengängen BWL, Lebensmittel- und Verpackungstechnologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science und Künstliche Intelligenz, Mechatronik und Maschinenbau. Für alle Nachwuchskräfte im Allgäu gibt es auch in diesem Jahr eine Einführungswoche mit verschiedenen Schulungen, etwa zu Grundlagen der Verpackungstechnologie, Werk- und Brandschutz, IT-Prozessen & Modern Work sowie einem Outdoor-Teamevent.
Lulzim Gojani, Executive Vice President Corporate HR bei der MULTIVAC Group, ergänzt: „Wir bieten Nachwuchskräften vielfältige und interessante Einsatzmöglichkeiten in einem innovativen Markt- und Technologieumfeld sowie eine langfristige Karriereperspektive. An insgesamt sechs Produktionsstandorten in Deutschland und Österreich arbeiten sie mit modernster und effizientester Technologie und werden von qualifizierten Ausbildern betreut und gefördert. Denn als Familienunternehmen, das fest an seinen Standorten verwurzelt ist, legen wir seit jeher einen großen Wert auf die Qualität unserer Ausbildung.“
Aktuell beginnen am Produktionsstandort im österreichischen Lechaschau 13 junge Menschen ihre Ausbildung. An den deutschen Produktionsstandorten der Unternehmensgruppe starten insgesamt zehn neue Auszubildende ihre Berufslaufbahn: bei MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection (Enger), bei MULTIVAC Resale & Service (Nettetal), bei TVI (Bruckmühl) und FRITSCH (Markt Einersheim).
