KI-unterstützte Traysealer-Linie für höchste Flexibilität

Wolfertschwenden, 14. April 2026 – Auf der interpack 2026 zeigt MULTIVAC, wie Digitalisierung, integrierte Linienlösungen und innovative Servicekonzepte zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Nachhaltigkeit in der Lebensmittelproduktion beitragen. Welche außergewöhnliche Flexibilität in der Produktion durch den Einsatz von KI möglich ist, demonstriert das Unternehmen anhand einer KI-unterstützten TX Traysealer-Linie.
Flexibilität in ihrer schönsten Form
Für das hochflexible, effiziente gleichzeitige Trayverpacken verschiedener Produkte aus zwei oder mehr unabhängigen Zuführströmen wird eine TX Traysealer-Linie auf der Messe präsentiert. Die KI-gesteuerte Produktidentifizierung und eine intelligente „Print & Apply“-Etikettierung ermöglichen dabei eine optimale Auslastung der Traysealer-Kapazitäten. Der Traysealer TX 720 wird parallel mit zwei Produktströmen identischer Trays beschickt, die jeweils Hähnchenkeulen oder Chicken Wings enthalten. Nach dem Verpacken identifiziert ein KI-gestütztes Kennzeichnungs- und Inspektionssystem des Typs L 310 den jeweiligen Packungsinhalt, druckt das passende Etikett und bringt es auf dem Tray an. Anschließend werden die Trays sortenrein getrennt von zwei MULTIVAC Packstackern gestapelt.
„Der auf der interpack ausgestellte Traysealer ist mit einem neuen CloseCut-Werkzeug ausgestattet, das durch einen optimierten Materialverbrauch zur Nachhaltigkeit der Lösung beiträgt“, erklärt Franziska Schreiber, Product Manager Traysealer bei MULTIVAC. „Das Werkzeug siegelt die Trays unmittelbar nebeneinander, Tray an Tray. Dadurch entfällt der Folienzuschnitt zwischen den Schalen. So lassen sich bis zu 30 Prozent Folienrest und entsprechende Kosten einsparen. Zudem wird die Formatausnutzung optimiert – und in der Maschine ist bestenfalls Platz für ein zusätzliches Tray.“
Die auf der interpack gezeigte Konfiguration ist nur ein Beispiel für das KI-unterstützte Verpacken verschiedener Produkte auf einer Linie. Das Konzept ist auf mehrere Zuführströme und mehrere Packungsströme erweiterbar. Auf der Messe ist die TX Traysealer-Linie im Live-Betrieb zu sehen: Interessenten können sich über die KI-unterstützte Produktidentifizierung und die neue CloseCut-Technologie informieren.
