Ausbildungsstart bei der MULTIVAC Group
Mehr als 70 neue Nachwuchskräfte im Allgäu

Wolfertschwenden, 3. September 2026 – Zu Beginn des neuen Ausbildungsjahrs starten mehr als 70 junge Menschen ihre Karriere bei der MULTIVAC Group in Wolfertschwenden: Rund 50 Auszubildende werden in den kommenden Jahren in zehn verschiedenen Berufen aus dem gewerblichen, technischen, kaufmännischen und IT-Bereich ausgebildet. Dazu kommen mehr als 20 neue dual Studierende aus verschiedenen Bachelor- und Master-Studiengängen. Auch an den anderen Produktions-standorten in Deutschland und Österreich beginnen rund 30 junge Menschen ihre Ausbildung.
„Wir bieten Nachwuchskräften vielfältige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem innovativen, internationalen Umfeld und freuen uns, zum Ausbildungsstart mehr als 70 junge Menschen bei uns zu begrüßen“, sagt Monika Hannon, Executive Vice President Corporate HR bei der MULTIVAC Group. „Sie erwartet eine erstklassige Ausbildung mit modernster Technologie. Mit qualifizierten Ausbildern sowie hohen Aus- und Weiterbildungsstandards schaffen wir beste Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche berufliche Zukunft.“
Breites Spektrum an Ausbildungsberufen
In Wolfertschwenden steigen rund 50 Auszubildende ins Berufsleben ein. Dabei stehen ihnen zehn verschiedene Ausbildungsberufe offen, beispielsweise als Kaufleute für Digitalisierungsmanagement, Technische Produktdesigner, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder Industriemechaniker.
Am österreichischen Produktionsstandort in Lechaschau starten weitere neun Auszubildende ihre Karriere bei MULTIVAC. Dazu kommen zehn neue Auszubildende bei FRITSCH (Markt Einersheim), fünf neue Auszubildende bei TVI (Bruckmühl), zwei neue Auszubildende bei MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection (Enger) und ein Neuzugang bei MULTIVAC Resale & Services (Nettetal).
Mehr als 20 Studierende beginnen ein duales Studium
Insgesamt 23 neue Studierende haben sich für ein duales Bachelor- oder Master-Studium bei der MULTIVAC Group entschieden. Die Studiengänge werden in Kooperation mit verschiedenen Hochschulen in Bayern, Baden-Württemberg und Mittelhessen angeboten und umfassen u. a. die Studienrichtungen BWL, Robotik, Data Science und Künstliche Intelligenz, Informatik, oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen.
Alle Auszubildenden und Studierenden profitieren von attraktiven Benefits wie flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, einer Cash-Card, Team-Events, einem umfassenden Mentoring-Programm und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Monika Hannon ergänzt: „Wir wünschen allen Berufseinsteigern einen erfolgreichen Start bei uns und eine lange gemeinsame Zukunft in unserer Unternehmensgruppe.“
Auch für das kommende Ausbildungsjahr (Start September 2027) läuft der Rekrutierungsprozess bereits an. Gesucht werden vor allem Nachwuchskräfte für die Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d).
